reaching toward the sun
hi!!! we’re getting an early taste of summer here in portland. in record breaking fashion, i had my first river day in may. while global warming isn’t something to necessarily celebrate, this winter was a drag and i’m happy to feel the sun on my skin. bittersweet, i guess! famously, summer is my favorite season so i want to soak it all up. weekly river swims are imminent. the garden is bursting more and more every day with sprouts and buds. i just dusted off my grill! i’ll be restocking the webshop this friday and my annual studio sale later this month. read on for all the info!

the shop will be restocked this friday, june 5th! substack subscribers will get the secret code at 9am PST on friday to access the shop before it goes public at 12pm.

portland studio sale
it’s that time of year again! i will be hosting my annual portland studio sale on saturday, june 27th where i sell seconds and samples at deep discounts. i look forward to this event every year. it feels so good to connect with people in person and find homes for all the second quality pieces i accumulate. i have pretty strict quality standards for restocks and as a result, the seconds are still of very high quality with just some small cosmetic imperfections. as always, there will be an array of other artists selling cool stuff and food as well. so come through for the deals and stick around for the food and good vibes! and for those outside of portland, i will put the remaining seconds up online the following weekend!
